Egypt Terms & Conditions
The terms “We,” “Us,” “Amanda,” and “Our” refer to Amanda Monique Brown LLC, a Georgia limited liability company headquartered in Georgia. The terms “You,” “I,” or “Me” refer to the customer booking a reservation through Us. “Suppliers” and “Service Providers” refer to all third parties providing services to You, including airlines and hotels, unless otherwise specified.
Acceptance
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms, along with Our Liability Waiver and any additional documentation provided by Us, form the Agreement between You and Us. This Agreement affects Your legal rights. By booking a trip with Us, You accept and consent to this Agreement. If You or any Traveler does not agree to these Terms, You must not make a booking with Us.
BY REGISTERING FOR A TRIP, YOU AND EACH PERSON FOR WHOM YOU HAVE BOOKED A TRIP EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EACH TRAVELER HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Scope of Services and Responsibilities
We act solely as intermediaries between You and the Suppliers, facilitating reservations and bookings on Your behalf. We do not own or operate any accommodations, transportation services, or other travel-related services. Therefore, We are not liable for any acts or omissions of Suppliers, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, or force majeure events.
Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to protecting Your privacy. Any personal information collected from You will be used solely for the purpose of arranging and managing Your travel arrangements. We will not disclose Your personal information to third parties except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.
Bookings and Reservations
If You are booking for another person, it is Your responsibility to ensure that each individual has read and agreed to this Agreement. You are financially and otherwise responsible for any bookings You make for Yourself or others under Your direction.
Trip descriptions on Our website, social media, or registration page are for informational purposes. Final itineraries may vary until confirmed. Travel insurance is required. Accommodations are based on double occupancy, and You will be assigned a roommate unless otherwise arranged.
Bookings must be made through Our online system. The deposit and payment schedule are listed on the registration page. By acknowledging this Agreement, You agree to the deposit, payment schedule, and cancellation policy below. A booking is not accepted, and no contract exists between You and Us until confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking for any reason and will return any deposit received in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit to reserve your spot is non-refundable (25% of the trip cost). Any additional payments beyond the deposit are fully refundable until 90 days prior to the trip (July 10, 2026 for the October 2026 trip, August 10, 2026 for November 2026 trip, September 8, 2026 for December 2026 trip). The full balance is due 90 days prior to the trip, after which, all payments are non-refundable.
Solo travelers will be paired with a roommate of the same gender. If no match is available, you will receive a full refund or an option (subject to availability) to upgrade to a solo room.
Refunds are subject to Our ability to recover non-refundable costs incurred in planning and preparing for Your trip.
Third-Party Service Providers
Hotels, destination management companies, and tour operators are third-party Service Providers. You agree to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for their policies or non-refundable fees.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond Our control (“Force Majeure”), including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or transportation issues.
Travel Documents
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents necessary for Your trip. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the trip return date and meet all entry requirements for each destination. We are not liable for any denial of entry, delays, missed flights, or other disruptions resulting from incomplete, invalid, expired, or missing travel documents. No refunds will be issued, and We shall bear no responsibility for any costs, losses, or damages You incur as a result of failure to obtain or present the required travel documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, government-imposed restrictions, border entry refusals, or airline policies. It is Your responsibility to verify and comply with all travel requirements before departure.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory. Proof of coverage must be provided before departure.
Health and Accessibility
It is Your responsibility to consult Your physician regarding all health requirements and medical conditions that may affect Your ability to participate in the trip. You must notify Us of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns prior to booking. Additionally, You are solely responsible for bringing and managing any required medications, medical devices, or treatments throughout the duration of the trip.
If You develop any new medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses during the trip, We are not responsible for providing medical care or managing any health issues. You expressly acknowledge and agree that We are not liable for any complications, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from Your medical conditions, the use or misuse of medications, or any treatment or lack thereof. We are not responsible for arranging or covering the cost of medical treatment, medications, or any special accommodations required due to Your health conditions.
Accommodations and facilities abroad may not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and may lack accessibility features such as ramps, elevators, or accessible restrooms. By booking, You acknowledge and accept these limitations and assume all risks associated with accessibility challenges.
In the event of a medical emergency, You authorize Us to secure medical care at Your own expense if deemed necessary for Your health and safety. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health complications arising from medical decisions, lack of care, or the quality of medical services provided during the trip.
Conduct
Travelers must follow all local laws, regulations, and Our guidelines. We reserve the sole and absolute right to remove any Traveler from the trip at any time for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive, dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate behavior, or for violating the terms of this Agreement. If You are removed from the trip for any reason, You will not be entitled to any refund of any portion of the trip cost or any other expenses incurred. Additionally, You expressly waive any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action against Us, Our officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, and Service Providers related to Your removal from the trip. You further agree that You shall not be entitled to pursue any legal action or seek compensation, reimbursement, or damages from Us for any costs, losses, or inconveniences resulting from such removal. You are fully responsible for any damages or losses caused by You, including any claims by third parties, and agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any resulting claims, costs, or expenses.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in any trip organized by Us, You acknowledge and accept that travel involves inherent risks and hazards that may result in serious injury, illness, permanent disability, death, or property loss. These risks include, but are not limited to, accidents during transportation by air, sea, rail, or road; exposure to unpredictable weather conditions; natural disasters; encounters with wildlife; civil unrest; terrorist activities; criminal acts; health hazards; pandemics; epidemics; foodborne illnesses; inadequate medical facilities in remote areas; and other unforeseen circumstances.
You understand that certain activities during the trip, including but not limited to hiking, swimming, boating, and participating in excursions, carry inherent risks of physical harm. You confirm that You are voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge and understanding of the dangers involved. You are solely responsible for assessing Your physical and mental fitness for the trip and ensuring You have received all recommended medical advice and vaccinations.
By booking, You willingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, and acknowledge that these risks could result in personal injury, illness, emotional distress, property damage, or even death. You expressly release, discharge, and hold harmless Us, Our officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, and Service Providers from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss sustained by You or any Traveler due to participation in the trip, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Additionally, You acknowledge that We do not provide medical services and are not responsible for any decisions related to medical care or treatment. In the event of an emergency, You authorize Us to secure medical care at Your expense if deemed necessary for Your health and safety. You further understand and accept that We are not liable for any injury or damage arising from the failure to provide medical care or the adequacy of any care provided.
Your participation in the trip signifies Your full acceptance of these risks and Your agreement to take full responsibility for Your well-being during the trip.
Liability Waiver and Indemnification
You waive any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action against Us, Our officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, and Service Providers for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from or related to Your participation in the trip, regardless of cause, including negligence. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Us, Our officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, and Service Providers from any claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from Your actions, omissions, or participation in the trip.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our total liability for any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from or related to this Agreement, the trip, or any services provided by Us shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by You for the trip. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory. Under no circumstances shall We be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, lost profits, lost opportunities, or costs of substitute travel arrangements, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability reflects a reasonable allocation of risk and is an essential element of the basis of the bargain between You and Us.
Photography Release
You grant Us permission to use Your likeness for promotional purposes.
Miscellaneous
- You are responsible for Your baggage and personal effects.
- Late arrivals may result in missing activities without compensation.
- Tips are not included in the trip cost.
- Travel insurance is required and must cover cancellations, medical expenses, and other travel-related risks.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations do not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation or binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, before resorting to litigation.
Legal Disputes
This Agreement is governed by Georgia law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes must be resolved in Atlanta, Georgia. The prevailing party in legal action will recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The parties shall negotiate in good faith to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between You and Us concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
By booking a trip with Us, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
